Fresh ideas at Avery Specialist Event in Paris

11 January 2011

New product demonstrations and open discussions on the latest trends featured at the latest Avery Specialist Event at the new Avery Anthea Car Wrapping school in Paris.

The two-day Avery Specialist Event held on 2 and 3 December 2010 brought together leading European applicators from the Avery Graphics network, to represent the “Voice of the market”. It also demonstrated the benefits of having a Paris-based school to service the French fleet graphics industry more effectively.

The free flow of ideas between technical experts from Avery and the industry’s top applicators brought everyone up to speed with new initiatives and the latest market practices in vehicle wrapping. A special point of interest was the shift in France from wrapping high-end cars with matt black and matt colours!

The second day featured short product updates followed by hands-on testing of new products on a range of surfaces. It also included the wrapping of a Lamborghini sports car with sharp graphics.

Forum for sharing ideas and feedback

By the end of the Paris edition, it was clear that the Avery Specialist Event has become a unique forum where leading industry professionals and members of the Avery specialist technical team and the Avery Graphics sales team can share ideas. In addition, it is an excellent opportunity for Avery to receive valuable feedback on its products and services from industry-leading applicators.
