Avery Dennison Graphics Division Europe have added two new canvas qualities to their broad portfolio of banner and textile products, to meet the ever-increasing demand for high image quality in this developing market sector. Avery MPI 5350 Canvas Professional – for super-wide format inkjet printers using solvent inks – and Avery IPM 5300 Canvas – developed specifically for waterbased inkjet, but also compatible with pigmented inks – are the two new products.

Avery MPI 5350 Canvas Professional is optimised for really demanding indoor and outdoor banner applications. 440 g/m2 100% polyester, plain woven with a coarse linen finish, it offers full-colour graphics with a six-month outdoor durability. With German Standard B1 fire rating, the product is suitable for point-of-sale advertising and exhibition graphics as well as outdoor advertising.

Avery IPM 5300 Canvas – a 200 g/m2 100% polyester plain linen weave that gives excellent print performance with water-based inks for a variety of promotional applications.

Both products can be finished using most standard conventional processes, including stitching and grommets.
